01. Do you have minimum system requirements?
Yes we do. Here are our minimum system requirements:
- eightpage supports the following browsers in their latest version (stable release): Mozilla Firefox , Apple Safari and Google Chrome . All other browsers could restrict functionality on eightpage. They are not suited for full use of our service.
- The browser needs to have an installed and up to date flash player .

There are two windows available, when you visit the link. Your flash player is installed, when you see the animation running in the lower window. - Javascript must be activated. It usually is but to check your settings, do the following: Go to the extras menu -> settings -> content and make sure, that the "Activate javascript" box is checked.
- Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 as operating system.
- A processor with min. 1,5 Ghz running Windows XP and min. 2 Ghz running Windows Vista/7.
- Min. 768 MB RAM with Windows XP und min. 1 GB RAM with Windows Vista/7.
- Cable/DSL or similar broadband Internet access.
- Every user needs their own stable IP during usage of their profile site.
02. My eightpage is down
Please give us one workday. If nothing changes withing 24 hours, contact our
support . In most cases your eightpage temporarily unreachable due to short maintenance.
03. My eightpage looks wonky (when viewed on another computer)

04. Can I operate my eightpage from my mobile phone?
No you cannot. There is no mobile version of eightpage available yet. You can browse the standard version though but it will be limited in function and usability.
05. Do you backup my data?
There is no backup function for your eightpage yet. Please do make frequent backups of your data!
06. Can I get a subdomain
No you cannot. This feature is not available.
07. I would like to develop a third party application
We do not embed third party apps at the moment, but we are always interested. Please contact our
support .
08. I found a weakness in your system
Nobody is perfect. If you have found something, please contact our
support .
